Once we’ve received your warranty claim, we’ll process it and get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that you must submit your claim as promptly as possible after noticing the damage or defect in order for us to proceed with the warranty claim. If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product. If the product is irreparable or no longer in stock, you have the right to receive a similar product of the same value or get a refund of the price paid for the product.
If no defect or damage, as defined in this warranty, is discovered your claim will not be accepted. If no sufficient documentation to support the defect or damage has been provided by you via for example email and we therefore have requested the product to be returned to us for our examination, we will charge you a fee for freight- and handling costs if no defect or damage is detected. We’ll report all attempts at fraud to the authorities and we reserve the right not to process your claim if such an attempt is suspected.
