Drexel is a wholesale distribution and 3rd party logistics service provider. Through a strong core of strategic partners including telecommunications service providers, national retailer partners and regional players, Drexel connects homes to a variety of products and services throughout Canada.

How do I register for an account?

Drexel accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Can I use more than one credit card to pay for my purchase?

No. We are only able to accept one credit card per purchase.

Is my credit card number secure?

Drexel uses a PCI-DSS certified processing provider which protects your information and ensures confidential data security.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, we currently only ship to Canadian addresses.

What if I forget my password?

How do I know if Drexel received my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from us with a summary of your order.

Do products include a warranty?

How often are new products added?

New products are added to our website on a daily basis.

How do I add items to my cart?

How do I view my cart?

Click on the cart icon located at the top right of each page.

How long will it take to process my order?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days.

When is my purchase charged to my credit card?

When you pace an order, we will process a preauthorization on your credit card for the entire amount of your purchase. Your credit card will be charged when items are shipped.

I just received my shipment and it is damaged, what should I do?
